Prototype Pilot Terms
The MiniHongKong Prototype Pilot is a limited run of hand-assembled functional prototypes. Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide and may be subject to change. By purchasing a prototype pilot unit, you acknowledge that delivery timelines are approximate and that the product is not a final industrial design.
Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, the final product may differ slightly from images shown on the website due to manufacturing variations, screen calibration, or design refinements.
Live Data & API Availability
The device displays live transport information sourced from third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuity of these data services. API providers may modify or discontinue their services at any time without notice.
Limited Warranty
MiniHongKong products are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against hardware defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. Software and data services are provided “as is” without warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniHongKong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and branding, is the property of MiniHongKong and may not be reproduced without permission. MiniHongKong is not affiliated with any transport operator or government body.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
