What bus routes are supported?+
The device currently supports selected KMB and Citybus routes in Hong Kong. Available routes may change over time as services are updated.
Does the device need Wi-Fi?+
Yes. A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network is required to display live bus arrival and airport information.
Can I use it outside Hong Kong?+
Yes. The device connects to the internet over Wi-Fi and displays Hong Kong transport information regardless of your location. A stable internet connection is required.
Is it officially affiliated with KMB or Citybus?+
No. MiniHongKong is an independent product. It is not officially affiliated with KMB, Citybus, MTR, Airport Authority Hong Kong, or any government body.
When will my order ship?+
The prototype pilot is estimated to ship within 2β4 weeks. You will receive email updates with tracking information when your order ships.
Is a power adapter included?+
No. The device is USB powered (5V). A USB cable is included but you must supply your own compatible USB power adapter.
Can I change routes on the device?+
The device may support route selection depending on the firmware version. Further updates may expand configuration options.
What if the transport API changes?+
Live data depends on third-party APIs that may change without notice. We aim to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Is there a warranty?+
